There are very few modern Uncanny X-Men comics which are valuable.

But this is one of them, with a cover by John Romita Jr. Occasionally you can find the gold edition in a run of standard X-Men.

It's not suffered the worst downturn of comics on the Top 100 Variant Comic Covers list. It's lost about 30 percent.

That doesn't sound great, but compared to others which have lost 70 percent or more, this is decent. It's quite scarce.

You had to mail away proofs of purchase from Pressman board games to claim a copy.

There are 113 Universal copies and 6 signed copies in the census.

That makes this less rare than some of the variants on our list. Signed copies are rare!

If you want to buy one, then I suggest targeting a CGC 9.8 and if you can find one, a Signature Series copy.
