The Rick Bauer Dungeons and Dragons Collection is Being Marketed by Clicktibles.com!

Welcome to the Rick Bauer Dungeons and Dragons Collection

"I wanted to pass on the joy of D&D to a new generation," is how Rick Bauer describes his passion for seeking the highest-grade vintage D&D collectibles in large numbers.

"It was a joy for me as a younger collector to get my hands on a brand-new module, box set or rulebook," he told us.

"If you're a modern collector, then that feeling is extremely difficult to experience -- unless you find a collection like mine, which is basically as-new but decades after the items were released."

Editor Ashley Cotter-Cairns was on site when Rick opened up his storage locker and revealed the treasure trove. Ash has also been a D&D fan for many decades.

He and Rick joked about the similarities to playing an adventure and coming across a dragon's hoard, though on this occasion there was no need for a saving throw against fire, lightning or gas!

"I often bought two copies of everything," Rick revealed. "I left one in shrinkwrap and opened the other. They were then stored in magazine bags and boards to protect them."

This explains the exceptional condition of most of the collection. The very early items are mostly absent, though Rick had a white box, 4th printing. It's not in the best of shape, because Rick used it a lot.

However, there is one item which is (as far as we know from our research) unique. Rick is the first collector to confirm that later printings of Blackmoor supplements were sold shrinkwrapped, as his collection includes an unopened Blackmoor Supplement II in original shrink.

Other highlights include shrinkwrapped modules B1-B3, G1-G3, A1-A4, I6 and I10 (Ravenloft), WG5-WG9 amd WG11-WG12 (World of Greyhawk), CM4, AC1, S1 (green cover version) and T1, as well as some accessories.

Rick Bauer Dungeons and Dragons Tournament Modules

Not in shrinkwrap, but in near mint condition -- which by the way is exceptionally rare for these -- are the very scarce RPGA tournament modules R1-R4, as well as modules RPGA1-RPGA4 (plus the accompanying RPGA Figures box set 1 in shrinkwrap).

Rick Bauer's AD&D Hardcover Handbooks

If you're used to seeing the original handbooks in well-loved shape, then you will be stunned by the condition of these in Rick's collection.

They are not the very early editions, but they are by far the finest examples we have seen of their particular printings. Really as new!

Rick Bauer Dungeons and Dragons Miniature Sets

Excitingly for fans of D&D miniatures by companies like Ral Partha and Grenadier, many of the original box sets are also present sealed in factory shrinkwrap.

These include Ravenloft Castle Forlorn, The Denizens of Ravenloft, Dragonlance Villains, Lord Soth's Charge, the limited edition Dracolich and many of the earlier Grenadier series including Hirelings, Thieves, Halflings, Dwarves and Wizard's Room.

What else is present?

There are many dozens of later modules and box sets, maps, accessories, specialized handbooks and campaign expansions for the worlds of Greyhawk, Ravenloft, Dragonlance, Forgotten Realms, Dungeons and Dragons video games, a near-complete collection of Endless Quest paperback and much more.
